Kerry To Sign UN Treaty Regulating Global Arms Sales

Law360, New York (September 24, 2013, 5:32 PM EDT) -- Secretary of State John Kerry on Wednesday will sign on to a United Nations global treaty aimed at regulating the multibillion-dollar weapons trade and establishing a set of common standards to control the movement of various small arms and military vehicles, the State Department said Tuesday.
