Exxon, Site Owner Settle Ky. Superfund Cleanup Suit

Law360 (March 8, 2018, 3:39 PM EST) -- A Kentucky federal judge Wednesday ended a property owner's suit seeking to force an ExxonMobil unit to pay cleanup costs at a Superfund site in Louisville eyed for redevelopment after the parties brokered a settlement for an unknown amount.
