Deals Rumor Mill: H&M, Greystar, WeWork

Law360 (June 14, 2018, 7:49 PM EDT) -- H&M’s chairman brushed off rumors that the retail giant’s founders are mulling a buyout deal, Reuters reported Thursday. Citing Swedish news website Breakit, Reuters reported that Stefan Persson said there was no truth to claims that his family was considering such a deal. According to the report, the rumors were sparked by the investment vehicle of the Persson family buying several billion crowns' worth of shares recently.
