Arkansas To Host $1.1B Steel Mill 'Superproject'

Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 8:33 PM EST) -- Arkansas officials on Tuesday unveiled plans for a company run by Nucor Corp.'s former chief to build a $1.1 billion steel mill on the banks of the Mississippi River, a so-called superproject politicians are touting as a major economic boost to a distressed region.
