Olshan Guides JV In $244M Deal For Amazon Office Building
By Matthew Perlman (November 18, 2016, 5:43 PM EST) -- A joint venture between Tristar Capital and RFR Holding has acquired one of Amazon.com's Seattle office buildings from developer Vulcan Real Estate for $244 million, with guidance from Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP, the companies said in a statement Thursday.
The pair teamed up to purchase Amazon Phase VII, which is a 12-story building located at 400 Ninth Ave. North that was completed last year, according to the joint statement.
