Lord & Taylor Settles Suit Over Crashed Gay Wedding

Law360, New York (April 7, 2015, 7:59 PM EDT) -- A former Lord & Taylor LLC loss prevention manager who said her supervisor's "sick amusement" with her homosexuality ultimately forced her to resign dropped her lawsuit against the retailer Tuesday, two months after the sides apparently reached an agreement.

Attorneys for Tashana Wright-Evelyn and the store, along with its parent company Hudson’s Bay Co., filed a stipulation of dismissal in New York federal court, bringing an end to the discrimination and retaliation claims.
