Apple, AT&T Say RadioShack Can't Sell Customer Data

Law360, New York (May 8, 2015, 6:00 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. on Thursday joined AT&T Mobility LLC and others objecting to the potential sale of customer data in RadioShack Corp.’s bankruptcy as part of its unwinding, saying that the fallen electronics retailer doesn’t have the right to sell Apple customer information.
