A&P Gets Nod To Close 25 Money-Losing Stores

Law360, New York (July 27, 2015, 6:57 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge signed off Monday on a plan by the owner of A&P supermarkets to close 25 money-losing stores, as well as the retailer's proposed strategy for selling off those stores' valuable pharmaceutical assets.
