Retail Display Co. Execs Get Prison For $18M Loan Fraud

Law360, New York (September 9, 2015, 6:22 PM EDT) -- A Manhattan federal judge on Wednesday sentenced two "lieutenants" who assisted former G3 Displays CEO Steven Kaitz in facilitating an $18 million bank fraud to 24 months and 21 months in prison, one day after sentencing Kaitz to 40 months in jail.
