CORRECTED: American Apparel, Hedge Fund Beat $50M Pair Of Ex-CEO's Suits

Law360, Los Angeles (September 30, 2015, 8:23 PM EDT) -- American Apparel Inc. and hedge fund Standard General LP defeated two defamation lawsuits Wednesday in California state court by former CEO Dov Charney, a $20 million suit against the clothing company and its chairman and a $30 million suit against the fund.
