Target Pushes To Block Banks From Breach Probe Docs

Law360, New York (October 1, 2015, 6:37 PM EDT) -- Target Corp. on Wednesday shot back at a class of banks’ bid to force the retailer to produce more details about its internal investigation of its massive data breach, arguing that the documents are privileged because they helped counsel provide legal advice regarding the “unprecedented and extraordinary” incident.
