J. Crew Joins Parade Of Retailers Ending On-Call Scheduling

Law360, New York (October 23, 2015, 5:38 PM EDT) -- J. Crew has agreed to end on-call shifts nationwide, becoming the sixth major retailer to change its policies after New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman launched an April inquiry into retail scheduling, the attorney general announced Friday.
