Under Armour Settles Suit Over 'Puppy Armour'

Law360, New York (February 7, 2017, 8:21 PM EST) -- Athletic gear maker Under Armour Inc. has reached a settlement to drop a lawsuit it filed against a company offering clothing for dogs under the name "Puppy Armour," according to court documents filed in Florida's Southern District on Tuesday.

Under Armour and defendants S&O Innovations LLC and Silvo Schillen filed a joint stipulation of dismissal without prejudice with the court following a settlement agreement they reached in early January.
