Dallas Man Gets Prison In $1.4M Oil Embezzlement Scheme

Law360 (March 12, 2018, 7:15 PM EDT) -- A man who entered a guilty plea in September to setting up a shell corporation in order to embezzle $1.3 million from his employer was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison Friday and ordered to pay $1.4 million in restitution, to cover the company's losses and the cost of investigating the theft.
