Pharma CEO Cops To $2M Drug Investment Fraud

Law360 (June 12, 2018, 6:08 PM EDT) -- An Illinois man accused of pocketing about $2 million from investors in his Wisconsin pharmaceutical company by lying about his work surrounding an experimental drug pled guilty to a single count of wire fraud Tuesday.

Robert Tomlinson, 68, told U.S. District Judge Rebecca Pallmeyer he is guilty of making false statements to investors in his efforts to raise money for his company Neurendo Pharma LLC.
