5 Investment Advisers Ran $102M Ponzi Scheme, SEC Says

Law360 (June 19, 2018, 10:32 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday said it has secured an asset freeze against five investment advisers and three companies for allegedly conning at least 637 investors over several years through $102 million Ponzi scheme.
