Milberg Malpractice Suit Dropped After Class Cert Denied

Law360, Los Angeles (March 1, 2013, 10:18 PM EST) -- Two investors who accused Milberg LLP of legal malpractice for missing a key deadline in their securities class action against an American International Group Inc. subsidiary asked an Arizona court to drop their claims Friday, saying it would be impractical to pursue them after a judge denied class certification.
