Irell Gains Ex-DOJ Prosecutor As Anti-Corruption Head

Law360, Los Angeles (May 9, 2017, 4:08 PM EDT) -- A former federal prosecutor who worked in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act unit has rejoined Irell & Manella LLP as a partner in Los Angeles, where he will head its global investigations and anti-corruption practice, the firm said Monday.

Jason Linder returns to the firm where he worked as an associate from 2002 to 2007 before entering public service as an assistant U.S. attorney in Miami and then senior trial attorney at Main Justice, where he led international white collar criminal investigations and securities fraud violations within the FCPA unit.
