DaVita Investors Move To Consolidate Derivative Suits

Law360, New York (August 11, 2017, 8:19 PM EDT) -- The DaVita Inc. investors suing the dialysis services provider’s top brass over its allegedly fraudulent insurance practices asked a Delaware federal court on Friday to consolidate their three derivative suits and appoint Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP as lead counsel.
