Under Armour Says Shoe Brand's Logo Infringes Its Trademark

Law360, New York (August 7, 2015, 6:18 PM EDT) -- Sports apparel maker Under Armour Inc. filed a suit against several companies involved with the shoe brand Flogg on Thursday in Maryland federal court, claiming the companies infringed its trademark logo.
