The climate-control-product maker on March 14 announced the firm's bid to buy it for an undisclosed amount. Reuters' report details that under the deal, L Catterton would acquire Airxcel from One Rock Capital Partners. Some of the outlet's sources detailed that L Catterton is buying the company for around $640 million....
