BAE Systems Dodges Ex-Worker's Gender Bias Suit

Law360 (June 13, 2018, 8:29 PM EDT) -- A Maryland federal judge on Wednesday tossed a former BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services Inc. employee’s suit alleging that a manager’s enmity toward women led to her termination, finding that she couldn’t sufficiently show she was ever officially fired or forced to resign.
