Pa. Widow Sues Security Co., Alleging Fire Alarm Was Faulty

Law360 (November 14, 2018, 6:07 PM EST) -- A western Pennsylvania widow is suing a Pittsburgh-based security company she blames for a fire alarm system that wasn't properly reset after a false alarm and didn't go off in a real fire that left her husband dead, according to a complaint filed in state court Tuesday.
