Apple Can Still Sell IPads In Shanghai: Chinese Court

Law360, New York (February 23, 2012, 8:08 PM EST) -- A court in Shanghai on Thursday reportedly rebuffed efforts to block sales of Apple Inc’s iPad in the city, in a trademark case brought by a Chinese company that alleges to own the rights to the iPad trademark in China.

The Pudong District People's Court rejected a request by computer-monitor maker Proview Technology Co. Ltd. for a temporary injunction that would have stopped sales of the Apple’s tablet computer in Shanghai, according to reports.
