NJ, App Developer Settle Over Collection Of Children's Info

Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 8:06 PM EDT) -- A mobile app developer sued by New Jersey over educational games that allegedly collect personal information from children has agreed to stop culling and transmitting such data without parental consent, under a settlement the state announced Wednesday.
