Goldman Sachs Dodges Investor Suit Over Shoddy Tech Fund

Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 1:50 PM EDT) -- An Indiana federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a proposed breach of contract class action against Goldman Sachs & Co. alleging the bank wrongfully blew millions on a 2000-era technology fund, saying the lead plaintiffs were sophisticated investors who knew they could lose their investment.
