Bankrupt Weapons Training Co. Gets OK For Sale Procedures

Law360, New York (May 1, 2013, 6:17 PM EDT) -- High-tech law enforcement and military training systems provider Advanced Interactive Systems Inc. on Wednesday received a Delaware bankruptcy judge’s approval to sell off its remaining assets in an open auction.

In an order greenlighting the sale procedures, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Mary F. Walrath instructed AIS Chapter 7 trustee Jeoffrey L. Burtch of Cooch & Taylor to select a potential stalking horse bidder.
