Law360, Dallas (July 26, 2013, 7:45 PM EDT) -- A Fujitsu Ltd. unit was hit with a sex discrimination suit in Texas state court Thursday by a former executive who claims she was pressured into ending fertility treatments and eventually fired from what had been a work environment hostile to women.
