BlackBerry Says Typo's 'Brazen' Sales Violate Court Ban

Law360, San Francisco (August 20, 2014, 7:37 PM EDT) -- BlackBerry Ltd. urged a California federal judge on Wednesday to sanction Typo Products LLC for violating a court order barring the company from selling a wraparound iPhone keyboard accused of infringing BlackBerry's patented keyboard, calling Typo's recent distribution of 11,000 keyboards “brazen and blatant.”
