Fed. Circ. Largely Upholds PTAB Win For Nokia, ZTE

Law360, New York (April 20, 2017, 5:30 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday mostly sided with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in affirming a decision that invalidated an IPR Licensing Inc. patent covering communications devices that can use both cell networks and Wi-Fi, which was originally challenged by ZTE Corp. and the Nokia unit of Microsoft Corp.
