Immigration Lawyers Sue ICE For Biometric Tech Info

Law360, New York (December 6, 2017, 4:20 PM EST) -- A nonprofit group of lawyers who represent immigrants swept up in deportation proceedings sued the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in D.C. federal court on Tuesday, saying that the agency has failed to release records related to its use of mobile biometric devices in immigration actions.
