Law360 (October 11, 2018, 11:17 PM EDT) -- Over the “blue slip” objections of a senator from Pennsylvania, the U.S. Senate confirmed 15 federal judges Thursday, including in the Second, Third and Ninth circuits, as senators from California vowed to oppose Ninth Circuit nominees named Wednesday.
