Fraudster Continues Medicaid Scam From Prison To Pay Attys

Law360 (December 7, 2018, 7:37 PM EST) -- From the prison where she was serving time for a Medicaid fraud conviction, a North Texas woman defrauded the government health care agency again in an attempt to pay legal fees racked up in the first case, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Friday.
