Life Partners Trustee Says Co. Perpetrated Historic Fraud
Law360, New York (March 14, 2016, 1:51 PM EDT) -- The court-appointed trustee for Life Partners Holdings has in recent days launched a new wave of litigation against investors and associates after concluding in a report that former CEO Brian Pardo engaged in one of the largest frauds in Texas history through a deceptive scheme to market and sell life insurance settlements.
