On Second Thought, Court Drops UBS From Defamation Suit

Law360, Houston (November 22, 2016, 5:31 PM EST) -- A Texas appellate court on Tuesday reversed course and dropped UBS Financial Services Inc. from a defamation case brought against the bank and one of its financial advisers by two clients over their life sciences startups, revising an August decision that claims against UBS and two other defendants had been dismissed too early.
