Texas Court Won't Knock Out Firm In Pecan Co. Divorce

Law360, Dallas (August 17, 2017, 4:36 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Wednesday rejected arguments that the law firm Ray McChristian & Jeans PC should have been disqualified from representing a wife in a divorce action against an executive of U.S. Pecan Trading Co. Ltd. based on a previous representation of the company.
