Energy Future's E-Side Set For 4-Day Trial

Law360, Wilmington (November 15, 2016, 4:52 PM EST) -- The confirmation trial of the E-side of Energy Future Holdings Corp.'s massive Chapter 11 plan of reorganization will commence Dec. 1 and has been scheduled to run for four days, after a pretrial conference in Delaware bankruptcy court Tuesday.
