Manafort Forfeits Law License Ahead Of Disbarment Hearing
Law360 (January 11, 2019, 8:30 PM EST) -- President Donald Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort has submitted his resignation from practicing law in Connecticut, the week before a scheduled state disbarment hearing.
Manafort was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 1974 but never had a law office and has no clients in the state, according to his resignation filed Jan. 9 in Hartford Superior Court.
