Hospital Sues Nexsen Pruet For $117M Over Lost FCA Row

Law360, New York (July 12, 2016, 7:02 PM EDT) -- Commercial law firm Nexsen Pruet LLC was smacked Tuesday with a $117 million malpractice suit in South Carolina state court by a local hospital claiming the firm’s subpar advice led a court to side with the federal government in a now-settled False Claims Act suit.
