FCPA Predictions For 2017

Law360, New York (January 9, 2017, 12:02 PM EST) -- With the new incoming administration, everyone is busy predicting major changes in U.S. Department of Justice Foreign Corrupt Practices Act enforcement. I do not share this view. Frankly, FCPA enforcement is more bipartisan than other controversial enforcement programs (e.g., civil antitrust and merger enforcement), and the DOJ’s FCPA program is very profitable.
