Ex-Fed. Prosecutor Joins Nixon Peabody's Boston Office

Law360, New York (June 16, 2017, 8:13 PM EDT) -- A former federal prosecutor who worked on a corruption case against the commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Probation and unearthed a key piece of evidence in an unsolved museum art theft case has joined Nixon Peabody LLP’s Boston office.

Robert Fisher, who joined Nixon Peabody’s government investigations and white collar defense practice, prosecuted Probation Department officials for allegedly catering to state politicians in the officials’ hiring practices, and he worked on the unsolved theft of 13 artworks from Boston’s Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in 1990....
