4-Year-Old Madoff Victim Fund To Begin Payments This Year

Law360, New York (June 16, 2017, 9:12 PM EDT) -- Victims of Bernie Madoff’s infamous Ponzi scheme received long-awaited news Thursday, as a $4 billion fund set up by the government in 2013 to pay investor loss claims indicated disbursements would begin later this year as a result of the recent approval of more than 35,000 petitions.
