Ex-Pa. AG Slams Prosecutor's Powers In Leak Probe

Law360, Philadelphia (June 16, 2017, 6:42 PM EDT) -- An ex-Pennsylvania attorney general facing prison time for leaking confidential material and lying about it to a grand jury sought to undercut her conviction Friday, telling an appeals court that the special prosecutors in her case had been vested with improperly broad power.
