FCC, Station Ask To Stay Case Pending Spectrum Auction

Law360, Washington (August 9, 2016, 7:24 PM EDT) -- The Federal Communications Commission and a Florida-based broadcaster asked the D.C. Circuit to set aside their dispute over spectrum auction eligibility Monday until after the end of the auction this year.

The agency and the Latina Broadcasters of Daytona said that, in light of the ruling earlier this year that made Latina Broadcasters provisionally eligible for the auction, the two would prefer to wait until after the process is over to duke it out over whether the company can participate.
