DC Circ. Won’t Revive Low-Power TV Auction Challenges

Law360, Los Angeles (September 12, 2016, 8:05 PM EDT) -- The full D.C. Circuit refused Friday to revive a challenge by a low-power TV station and low-power TV investors to the Federal Communications Commission’s upcoming spectrum auction, which could take some of the small local stations off the air.
