Law360, New York (January 26, 2018, 9:07 PM EST) -- After recently defeating the first of a slew of cases claiming that its talcum powder products caused consumers to develop mesothelioma, Johnson & Johnson is facing the start of another trial on Monday in its home state of New Jersey.
