NHL Fights To Grab Control Of Coyotes Ch. 11

Law360 (May 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The National Hockey League has asked a bankruptcy court to decide whether the league or Phoenix Coyotes owner Jerry Moyes has the right to represent the hockey team in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which the team's ownership filed for in a bid to sell the franchise for $212.5 million.
