Chrysler's Utilities Motion Hits Choppy Waters

Law360 (May 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of regional power providers on Monday joined a conga line of parties objecting to Chrysler LLC's utilities motion, in which the bankrupt automaker contemplates forming an account that would cover two weeks' worth of utility charges and keep the lights on while the business is in bankruptcy.
