DOD Acquisition Panel Calls For 'Dynamic Marketplace'

Law360 (February 1, 2018, 4:09 PM EST) -- An expert panel tasked by Congress with reviewing the U.S. Department of Defense’s acquisition processes released the first section of its much-anticipated report Wednesday, introducing a “dynamic marketplace” proposal that would see the Pentagon lean more heavily on commercial items.
