Plaintiffs Protest $45M Becton Dickinson Settlement

Law360, New York (May 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- One group of plaintiffs in five antitrust suits accusing Becton Dickinson & Co. Inc. of monopolizing the market for hypodermic needles is seeking to block a $45 million settlement the company reached with another group of plaintiffs, alleging that a court has yet to determine who the direct purchaser plaintiffs are in the case.
